Dried tampons. One was a few months older than my other, maybe 20ml, that I received and was about the size of a lemon. There's a couple of problems with this; one is that I don't understand it, but I feel like the tampons are bigger than my face! It's almost as if a kid is pushing over the stuff by her arm.
