Called "Living Room Docks: A Living Room on the Corner" will be open on June 24 between the 5th and 6th of each month to accommodate couples living in bedrooms on either end.

The site will be featured on the "Inside Living Room Docks: A New Living Room on the Corner" site and will become available to residents of all age levels from June 24 through June 30 of every month.

"I hope to see this site open in the future as well as other projects we've seen in the last 20 years, like a community garden here or two. It will be really a great destination to host a family of six with one private kitchen, living room, two shared bathrooms and a garden area. We're really excited to open this space and see how we change the lives of people who have tried to move here before," said Laura Guggenheim.

The site has been chosen because of its proximity to the main library, where information on this complex is provided, Guggenheim said.

It also would be well positioned for a local public-sector operation, her said.
