The kitchen plan is similar to the design of the store's location, though it's made of brick. It's designed for a single-occupancy, low-rise loft and allows the kitchen to be more convenient for customers in one spot than at larger retail outlets. It also has a small patio, including access to the parking area, kitchen, office, and balcony.

The new, five-story, 5,600-square-foot, office and retail building has been designed in collaboration with Jevon E. Tippenbach Architecture. It will house several high-end professional and commercial architects, including Aileen H. Lomax and Lillian S. Mott, and the first two units will hold office space for the current customer.

The plan features a kitchen and living space above the windows that can accommodate up to six people and a dining room that can accommodate four people.
