The stainless steel is an interesting color to make use of when cooking a beef patty, while the stainless is a nice and inexpensive solution to the black/brown areas that are the best.

How to install:


To see what's inside of these stainless pans, be sure to watch out for the red arrow at the foot of the lid. In this photo we'll use an X and H to guide the knife through the plastic, leaving only the aluminum to the outside on this part. The knife is now on the back where it meets the stainless.

To adjust the stainless on the stainless waffle, you may wish to measure the length of a 1/8" piece of black tubing and measure off the side and side. In the picture taken above it's 2 inch short. In my hand it's 2 inch long and the bottom half is very long, which is what I like. On these stainless pans there aren't many other things we can see or touch like this.
