For several years, several groups who have supported the development have been concerned about possible vandalism and unsafe or illegal activity on the property (a fire, a theft) and at the scene of the attack, such as burning garbage cans, garbage cans with broken glass and trash at the front of the home. Also, there is a significant amount of vandalism on the property from people in both directions trying to break into the home or in the immediate area.

These types of things, including things that have occurred in the past, are easily identifiable and there was one resident who said that, for a long time, he did not even see people on the sidewalk and thought this was a nuisance, when those people were just going in for the paint job, or trying to vandalize the yard. He said that he thought these kinds of things had happened on a lot of these residences, which is understandable for them to be there or to be near this community.

The neighbors are also concerned that there are people making "hardships" into this area, and they
