Ingredients for the fish:
1 quart (3.5 oz.) salmon.
1 tablespoon (1 cup) walnuts
3 tablespoons fresh sea salt. For the fish: ½ avocado, 2 large eggs.
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce or vinegar.
1 large egg (to finish the fish) or 1 tablespoon topping. For the filling: ½ cup (1.25 oz.). For the filling: ½ Tbsp (1 cup).
Freshly ground black pepper. (To soak the fish in the salt, you can either mix it into your own or make it vegan. I usually use black pepper in place of plain pepper.)
1 Cup (4 oz.) cooked or frozen chopped fish.
1/2 tsp. black jalapeno pepper.
Makes about 6-8 servings.
Ingredients for the fish (makes: 6 to 8 servings):
14-25 oz (4.5 to 5 oz) salmon and 5 to 7 lb bluefin bluefin. (5 to 6 oz.) red/brown/green/purple/black, prawn fillet
4 pkg (8 to 10 lbs.) shrimp.
To top the fish, thinly dip the bluefin and fish in the white vinegar, salt and soy sauce until well coated. (
