Tanya Jones is a former staff chef in the Twin Cities Food Network, now located in Minneapolis. With over 20 years of experience in Minnesota cuisine, she combines food, family, and craft and has been serving meals throughout, across different stages of production, to the local and national scene in food and design.

Tanya recently hosted her family on their own culinary tradition with the launch of her restaurant in the Twin Cities. As part of her experience at the Grand Bakery, Tanya made her way across Minnesota to New York and then to Minneapolis. She learned her trade at the local culinary school, the New York State Culinary Lab, and she decided she wanted to set a new benchmark for herself before traveling
