The first home is due to open on the 26th, 2018. The building of this property will be connected to a new restaurant, with the owner, Chris G. Wood. Details are on our website.

The concept of this project is that there will be a family kitchen that will share many of the amenities of a single family house. They will be connected by four bedrooms, the kitchen will house all of the appliances including ovens and kettle and electric lighting, and, as well as one large outdoor living room.

Chris Wood's main goal is for this project to be the first major family house project on this island. We have put in much effort to promote the importance of families and their needs but it is still a bit of a long shot to become home to this type of family.

For this project to be finished and in fact look great, we need a lot of work. Over the next few years we need a lot of money to build it all. As Chris Wood admits he wants it now, you need to be confident, the island will be finished, finished by April 2019, and by then we cannot be in that kind of long-term position to be looking for some new home here.
