The house's new architecture will be a blend of New Canaan and New York State's most famous waterfront locations, including the historic Old Colony House, Coney Island House, Coney Island House Village, the Manhattan Botanical Garden and the Manhattan Plaza building. The building has been the inspiration for many successful and successful New Hampshire homes over the last decade.
