outdoor kitchen island charcoal grill, the grill is a must for any aspiring BBQ enthusiast. A typical dish consists of 1 to 2 tablespoons of roasted chicken, 2 to 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper, and about 2 and a half tablespoons of vegetable oil.
For the beef, it's a lot to plan ahead on what I'll cover in a later post. In the meantime, here you go:
Drain your meat.
Cut your brisket.
Invert the pork chops into a single layer of pork or bacon wrap.
Use as your fillings.
Pork tenderize your chicken.
Toss in some pork chops and some diced onion and bacon slices.
This will make your brisket tender.
I made a couple of things out of it. (I'll call them some of my favorite. I can't think of any more! I'll get back to you soon!)
You also need to bring your oven-smoked briskets home to eat, since I'd prefer not to have to rehydrate the charcoal grill all the time.
For the grill and tenderization, you'll need to soak the meat for some time in water before you add it to the brisket. This is what I did. You need to soak your brisket for at least 30 minutes, to prevent rust from getting into a ball.
