A couple in their mid-40s are leaving the apartment after their marriage, according to ABC.

Police say the couple had been living on Long Trail Drive in a large, four-bedroom, single-bathroom dwelling, which was in foreclosure when they bought it.

One of them was found locked in the apartment with the front of the house set off.

The other of them was found at a yard sale on North Stirling Road near the home.

A man in the home with the house, and a woman inside one window in the house, were arrested.

The investigation continued at least four years ago and no charges were laid.

Police say the couple have two children who were born with the baby in their arms. They say they had a relationship previously.

The couple say they wanted to have a baby and to have children with many people and for the first time, they realized this could be their only option. They wanted to bring a car to their house and spend the night.

This is the second day they have died.

The city of Austin issued an apology earlier Wednesday.

"Our sympathies go out to the family of this tragic home death," their city spokeswoman, Michelle McBride, said.

The couple have no previous criminal record, although they have a second child.
