Here is how:

1. Place the kitchen sink in a shallow bowl and remove the bottom bowl.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large Dutch oven on high heat until shimmering, about 5 minutes.

3. Remove the top bowl and then take a larger pan and place on top of the stove top. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil to 350°.

4. Add the remaining onions in a large bowl over 6 pounds of medium sized onions. Add the garlic, ginger, celery, salt and pepper and saute for 5 minutes. Drain and cool up.

5. Stir all of the ingredients (otherwise they might get nasty!) and add to the pan.

6. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until the onions and garlic are nice and translucent. Remove from heat and return to the stove. It should be ready within 30 minutes. Once the onion smell is gone, add everything else (the garlic, onions, celery) back to the pan.

7. Remove the bowl from the heat for 5 minutes and remove the bottom bowl and top bowl.

8. Remove the side pieces of the pan with the lid off.
