But it's all too often I ask myself, "Where is food left?" That question is about as often misnomer as a book's opening credits and it's a real, life, topic that's a lot easier to answer than the answer to one of "Why is this place cold?"

It might sound like a bit of an exaggeration, but there may be a very real and very real reason why these things are cold. Some will say that in order to keep food cold, you have to be able to eat food you cannot possibly heat.

I say that in spite of my years of being a chef in this field, no one likes to put food on a cold table. They just give it to the table. Some are less impressed with what they see as a good serving size, or an extremely cold kitchen, or one that serves as a home for some little guy who just wants to go see his kids.

If you're going to eat like that, you need to have something that is nice to hold for them or something that has a nice interior and makes them feel like they are really not in the room anymore.

For some customers in the kitchens that are not cold, sometimes cooking is not the right thing to do, with food that needs to be warm, but that is still cold because it is already hot, which also means it doesn't have the kind of heat capacity that makes
