You want something a little light in your kitchen! The following is exactly how you'll cook the dishes right here. You can use any cookware. I've included photos below and you can take home some fabulous ingredients as well!

Ingredients

Ferves

3/4 cup all purpose flour

2/3 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup warm water

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

Sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cloves (or half a whole nut)

1 egg white

1 teaspoon kosher salt Instructions To prepare the flour: Heat a large frying pan over medium heat (this should be done 4 minutes later than before). While the oven is heating, add the flour and the apple cider vinegar until well combined. Stir all of the ingredients together. Stir in the eggs. Add the vanilla extract and whisk to combine. When the mixture is ready, transfer to a bowl and add the cooked fruit or any leftover lemon or blackberries. Cover, and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes to cook them. Remove from the heat and cover and let cool.

To serve: In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and sugar. Slice,
