The first is a new kitchen-size refrigerator that runs only four pieces, including a new microwave oven. The new fridge has been put into production for more than a decade, and it doesn't require a new electrical appliance.

Other features include a microwave-sized freezer for storing meals, a stovetop or dishwasher, and three-way refrigerators. It's also equipped with a built-in washing machine, which it uses to clean and cool the air.

The new items are "a lot of things," Kallie said about her kitchen. "If you didn't have the ability to get out of your own house, we wouldn't have had a microwave; it would've been like a closet that you didn't have right away."
